Yup. A poem that’s also a math problem (and a word problem at that!). I just lost half my audience. While I’m not a huge fan of Tony Hillerman, this thought/equation/poem is something I’ve been gnawing on all day — if you could measure a writing career in less than 20 words, would you really want any more? – TK
